Technical Sales Consultant

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

• Providing technical consultancy to assist Entrust sales executives with customer accounts within the Australian region.
• Fostering and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers, based on trust and mutual respect. This role is viewed as a trusted advisor to help customers and prospects utilize our solutions and technologies.
• This role requires both technical and sales skills to be able to understand customer needs/requirements in order to assist in the qualification of sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales Teams as a technical consultant for Entrust offered solutions and technologies during sales calls, at sales meetings and at exhibitions across the territory
• Build product demonstration environments
• Answers technical questions and conduct demonstrations of Entrust offered products and new features to prospects and existing customer accounts
• Provides technical descriptions and content for proposals in response to RFPs & RFIs
• Provides full technical product training on Entrust offered solutions
• Gathers ongoing prospect/customer feedback and related information
• Strong knowledge on competition products / solutions to propose a winning strategy for Entrust company.
