Admin Officer - Immediate Start

• Provide administrative support to a small team of 5
• Manage and organise professional meetings and events.
• Handle incoming emails, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
• RTO experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Student Management Systems (e.g., VeTrack) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High level of attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

• Immediate start
• 1-2 month Temporary role with the possibility of extension.
