With training and development provided from the first day, you will be supported to grow within the business. Start with a Monday-to-Friday training schedule, then transition to a 12-hour rotating shift pattern with both day and night shifts, ensuring flexibility and a balanced work-life routine.Not only that, you will get 7 days off per month for true work life balance!

- Forklift Operation: Safely operate up to 8T forklifts to handle materials up to 3T.
- Manual Handling & Sorting: Physically flip and recover quality stock.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete required paperwork and tracking records.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What you'll need
Not only will you have the below, but you will also be able to articulate and demonstrate your experience with a high degree of confidence. This role is a great opportunity to showcase your skills in an awesome environment.- Forklift Licence (mandatory) with experience operating in a manufacturing environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to work within a fast-moving workplace.
- Keen attention to quality and detail, with the ability to spot defects and care for products.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with supervisors and QA teams to maintain high standards of quality.
- As a suitable candidate you will also be able to pass Drug & Alcohol screening and workplace fitness assessments.
- Excellent earning potential earn up to $100-$130K per annum + Superannuation (Hours based)
