Level 1.5/2 IT Support Engineer - Initial 1-Month Contract | Sydney CBD | Onsite
We're seeking an experienced Level 1.5/2 IT Support Engineer for an initial 1-month contract role based onsite in Sydney's CBD. This is a full-time position, working onsite five days a week, with an immediate start. There is potential for extension beyond the initial contract.
You will be joining an initial project supporting a team of engineers rolling out Salesforce. In this role, you'll assist staff with BAU support tickets, Microsoft MFA, Windows troubleshooting, and resolving application or access-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience with multi-factor authentication.
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11.
- Mobile device management (MDM) experience for iOS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VC systems.
- Proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP).
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune).
- Understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
