Title: Senior Consultant-Talent Acquisition

As the Senior Consultant - Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the COO of Fabric Group and play a pivotal role of trusted advisor and business partner to management executives and project leads in all matters related to the full cycle of hiring.

Contribute to the continuous workforce growth of Fabric Group through delivering efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Business Needs Identification
  • Collaborate with management executives and project leads to understand and identify role/candidate requirements and finalise job description
  • Provide consultative advice and tailored recruitment strategies to ensure the successful execution of recruiting aimed at achieving required hiring needs
  • Be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising referral program to increase the effectiveness of hiring process
Strategic Sourcing
  • Advertise and manage job vacancies in different channels including Fabric website, LinkedIn or other job boards and utilise multiple channels to source and attract qualified candidates

-Maintain talent pool and pipeline to meet the evolving needs of organisation and drive long-term success

Recruitment Process Management

-Manage end-to-end recruitment process (onshore and offshore) and achieve efficient recruitment outcomes to fulfil business and project needs in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Schedule interviews in an orderly way, advise and assist with shortlisting based on the interaction with candidates and recruiters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
Assessment and Selection

-Conduct CV screening and pre-screening interview to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit

Offer
  • Take charge of negotiating and issuing letter of offer to target candidates, preparing potential candidates' profiles to management executives for business purpose
Employer Branding
  • Build and maintain timely and responsive communication with candidates, clients and recruiters, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage the relationship with external partners/recruitment agency and relevant contracts

Data Analysis

-Provide reporting insights and data on Talent Acquisition activities to inform management executives on recruiting objectives/outcomes and guide data-driven decisions

Other:
  • Ensure recruiting practices are integrated with other HR/Ops team members across onboarding process and data flow is shared and seamless
  • Be proactive working in an environment that often requires agility and pivot thinking in a changing environment
