Developer Programmer

• Responsible for Conducting gap analysis and business due diligence to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• This will involve understanding of current process, identifying process gaps, preparing functional documents.
• Provide predictive analytics to help the business in revenue gain using data and modeling.
• Ensure project plans are built and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on the evaluation.
• Analyzing the requirements provided by clients and preparing design documents.
• Work with product architects on business case development and project plan.
• Coordinate and communicate with business stakeholders and internal team.
• Create system specifications for the design and development of the product using data and process modelling techniques.
• Build a Machine Learning model to predict the results and provide revenue gains.
• Unit, system testing and performing peer review to identify defects in testing.
• Mentoring team members, including ensuring timeliness and quality of deliveries and providing guidance in technical and business aspects and giving optimum solution to all issues.
• Understanding of key Agile principles, values and practices an advantage.
• Data Science and Machine learning techniques to enhance the predictive modeling
• Understand database paradigms, cloud solutions, SQL scripting knowledge.
• Process design, understanding, performance and re-engineering.
• Process modelling techniques – flowcharts and prepare business and functional specific documents.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and Data Science techniques for advanced analytics
• Coding and developing solutions in Python, extracting data using SQL and deployment using cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Kubeflow.
