We are currently partnering with a well-established and reputable company based in Nundah, Brisbane. Our client provides innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients. They are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist for a contract role with an immediate start.

Job Description
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and other office communications.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and organised at all times.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, data entry, and document management.
  • Support other team members with ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Provide support for office supplies and inventory management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role, ideally in a corporate or office environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general office equipment.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
