We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Canberra to join our national TA team.

At MSS Security, we recruit the people who protect Australia’s critical sites — so getting the right talent, fast, really matters. You will work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and operations teams, driving end-to-end recruitment while keeping candidate experience front and centre.
What you’ll be doing: -Running end-to-end recruitment for Security Officers and related roles across the ACT region
- Reviewing applications, screening, scheduling interviews, running compliance - you know the drill!
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand site requirements and keep things moving
- Building strong talent pools and keeping candidates warm for future needs
- Preparing employment contracts and ensuring Workday data is accurate and up to date
-Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (recruitment, customer service, or contact centres all count).
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build great relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Solid organisational skills — you can juggle priorities and still deliver quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems (Workday experience is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and other relevant clearances.
