The role

We are looking for Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift, where you will play a key role in overseeing daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a permanent full-time, based in Narangba

• Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9.5-hour shifts ending at midnight
• Start Date: Immediate, beginning on day shift for training

• Supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Mentor, coach, and train operational staff to ensure clear understanding of duties and standards.
• Monitor and document production output, address operational issues, and ensure all quality checks are completed accurately.
• Drive a culture of improvement by setting standards, implementing procedural controls, and optimizing efficiency.
• Work closely with other supervisors, departments, and contractors to support overall production goals.
• Flexibility: Start on the day shift to acquire essential knowledge and transition to the afternoon shift.

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment, chemical handling experience is advantageous.
• Certificate IV in Manufacturing or Front Line Management preferred.
• Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
• basic MS Office skills required.
• Forklift license is preferred
