Full-time Civil Engineer

Salary: $82,000 plus superannuation

• Supervising the day-to-day design and construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans.
• Communicating with contractors, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and to ensure the projects are completed within project timelines.
• Developing, implementing and reviewing operational processes and procedures.
• Assisting HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Designing and detailing engineering projects with the help of customized tools for 2D and 3D designs.
• Creating, implementing and maintaining Computer Aided Design models.
• Producing designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, quality, safety, legislation and timing with the supplied data
• Managing the development process, including tracking progress and costs, and keeping clients updated about the progress.
• Implementing the Design draft blueprints and plans according to scaled engineering plots/standards.
• Produce and test design ideas, based on research, into technical plans for prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends.
• Assisting in Implementation of design in engineering applications.

• Have 3 years professional experience or more.
• Available to work at various locations, including weekends and Public Holidays as required.
