Our company has grown from humble beginnings in 1990 to now including 200 plus in our team Australia wide. Our Sydney operation is currently seeking expand the team with a motivated and enthusiastic person to be included our small but experienced team, specialising in water & wastewater treatment, reuse and environmental treatment systems & applications.

• Cooling water treatment and tower cleaning
• Boiler water treatment
• Pre-treatment, filtration and desalination
• Waste water treatment
• Equipment design, repair and installation
• Cleaning and hygiene solutions

To be successful in this role you will have experience in working in a team, have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated. You will have had experience with meeting scheduled customer wastewater service requirements and co-ordinating multiple and competing requirements to limited time frames.

Role Description:

• Review applied treatment (chemical) programs on water & wastewater related systems for the purpose of process optimisation.
• Conducting analysis of system chemistry, make adjustments to chemical programs, record and communicate service changes
• Gathering samples and data for laboratory analysis and compliance reporting
• Calculating and analyzing measurements through standard arithmetic operations and reporting to customer requirements
• Monitoring and assessing laboratory inventory through sample testing and tracking

• Engaging in experimental evaluations and scientific assessments in various environments

We will require you to demonstrate:

• At least 1 year of experience
• Your experience with industrial water & wastewater treatment systems
• Your ability to understand and optimise plant and chemistry programs to meet compliance outcomes and individual customer requirements
• A confident and energetic team player with the desire to succeed
• The ability to work effectively with a well-established management team
• The ability to handle challenging situations
• A proactive, collaborative and problem solving approach
• Your experience in a similar operations role

Salary: $65,000 – 80,000 per year
