Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacy staff with day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to: stock management, inventory control and dispensary support
- Prepare dose administration aids
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and assisting customers with their needs
- Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions for customers
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pharmacy environment
- Comply with all pharmacy policies and procedures, including proper handling of medications and adherence to privacy regulations
- Contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy by actively participating in staff training and development programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in dispensing and maintaining records
- Basic computer literacy to navigate pharmacy software systems and handle electronic transactions
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in community pharmacy would be beneficial.
