Position Overview:As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality educational programs that support the holistic development of young children. You will collaborate with a team of educators to create a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative and inclusive learning community.
Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development to inform individualized planning and ongoing improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards in early childhood education and care.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA).
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid certification.Proven experience in designing and implementing educational programs in early childhood settings.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.A minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood Teacher position.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
