Senior Project Manager | 18 month contract

The Role
This is a program which will support and manage HRIS implementation of a full suite payroll, HCM and rostering software and report into the Head of Delivery and Chief People Officer who have positive management styles, a view over the operations and a forward-thinking mindset for this company. In addition to the management of the program, the role will involve offering insightful advice to the ELT regarding process enhancements and project management methodology. It requires a Senior Project Manager to help with the following specific responsibilities:
- Managing entire delivery of the program, all external vendor relationships, business stakeholders and any other program resources
- Apply appropriate program processes and methodologies of an implementation to ensure on time and on budget program delivery
- Managing implementation of multiple phase delivery across all core modules and integrations of multiple integrations between HR, Payroll, (Time & Attendance) and other rostering and timesheeting systems
- Plan and coordinate resource plans and delivery roadmaps for specific project checkpoints
- Preparing engagement status reports to ELT that are clear and concise for non-IT stakeholders
- Work across all business stakeholders
- Provide change management throughout the implementation and at completion of ERP delivery
- Managing the data migration focusing on general ledger and operational data
- Working with finance and non-finance stakeholders in requirement gathering and delivery of the ERP
- Facilitating UAT and internal testing
- Planning and delivering training to business stakeholders
This is a role which will allow an individual to put their project and business partnering skills to the test in a positive and dynamic environment. This opportunity will see a well-rounded project manager and functional consultant looking to further their career in similar programs.
Your Profile
You will be an individual with a strong background in HCM / HRIS programs and implementations. You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of communication to non-technical stakeholder and be able to present written and visual communications to senior leadership.You must have experience in top and/or mid-tier HRIS / HCM Programs.
You will have experience working within a vibrant, fast-paced environment and be a strong communicator who can present to senior executives. You will be comfortable liaising with business stakeholders and external consultancies at various levels and understand what their requirements are and how IT will enable strategic and commercial outcomes.
