Receptionist
The Company:
Our client is a highly reputable business in the manufacturing sector and look forward to welcoming a new member of staff. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start and be interested in long-term growth in this position.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm on-site in Osborne Park.
- Manage the switchboard effectively, routing calls as necessary and managing messages proficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks promptly and accurately for operational efficiency.
- Warmly greet visitors, assist with sign-in processes, and ensure they are directed to the correct person/department.
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) teams with data-related tasks as needed.
- Uphold a positive, welcoming environment at all times and provide excellent customer service.
Your Profile:
- Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with data entry and comfortable using relevant software.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn basic accounting principles for AP/AR support.
