About the role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Sheet Metal Workers, for exciting upcoming projects across various regions in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-profile projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and utilise Sheet Metal materials, flexible jacketing materials, insulation, industrial mastics, and other insulation ancillaries/consumables in accordance with applicable material safety data sheets (MSDS).
  • Action and ensure approved barriers and signage is in place prior to the commencement of works, and are maintained throughout and removed upon safe completion.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the applicable Quality documentation.
  • Fabricate, modify, and apply sheet metal or flexible jacketing to the insulation system fitted to manufactured items (piping, fittings, equipment, etc).
  • Apply insulation to piping, fittings, and equipment as directed by your supervisor and in line with your capabilities.
Who do we want to hear from ?
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience within relevant discipline
  • Industry recognised Trade Certification
  • Valid Working at Heights ticket
  • Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $38.00 - $41.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
  • Standard working week of 42.5 – 50 hours, working 8.5 - 10 hours per day with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
