Agriculture Advisor - Perth

• Consultation: Engage with farm managers and workers to understand their agricultural

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data on soil health, crop yields, livestock

• Advisory Services: Provide recommendations on crop management, pest control, livestock

• Business Planning: Assist farm managers in developing business plans, financial models, and strategies for diversification.
• Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate farm managers and workers on best practices and new technologies.
• Compliance Guidance: Advise on adherence to agricultural regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.
• Grant Assistance: Support farm managers and financial controller in applying for agricultural grants and subsidies.

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in agricultural science, agribusiness, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree may be advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex agricultural data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative and practical approach to addressing agricultural challenges.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of modern agricultural technologies and practices.
• Experience: Relevant experience in agriculture or agribusiness is often preferred.

Salary Range - $75,000 to $85,000
