Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. What will you be doing?
This role will see you liaising with Cyber, business and technology stakeholders for the delivery of business requirements which form the basis of change to business processes, policies or systems, to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.
- Analyse and document business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to define business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for both technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding and documenting problem spaces in Identity Services, taking ownership and working towards resolution with the cross-functional teams.
- Lead and coordinate the analysis and implementation of business solutions across multiple projects.
- Oversee the gathering and validation of business requirements from cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to design optimised workflows and systems.
- Strong Business Analysis experience within a large complex environment
- Previous Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
- Experiemnce working with diverse Business stakeholders to influence solutions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrates a logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication
