About Our Client

• Provide first line support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on IT equipment.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and software.
• Ensure the smooth running of computer systems and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
• Perform onsite repairs and maintenance as necessary.
• Log all technical issues and solutions in the helpdesk system for future reference.
• Participate in IT projects as required.
• Provide basic training to staff on new systems or software.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Desk Support and Onsite Technician should have:

• Formal qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer software and hardware systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and calmness under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Looking to grow their career and make a difference in a rewarding industry, building relationships with users.
• A full driving license, as some travel may be required for onsite work, although rare.
