The Role
An incredible opportunity awaits an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join Anyday in our new upcoming Venue (Mary & Edward St PTY LTD). The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences, navigating our authentic produce-driven menu and enticing wine selections.A passion for storytelling, expertise in food is essential and dedication to crafting memorable guest interactions. Building and managing teams while fostering a positive culture is so important in this role to ensure we can deliver outstanding experiences in our venues.
The Requirements
Demonstrated experience in restaurant venue management.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and a curiosity in developing these skills.
Executing exceptional guest experiences and fosters an environment that is conducive to delivering world-class dining experiences.
Ensuring all training conducted within the restaurant is in line with company guidelines.
Working with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage rosters and wages in line with targets set by the business.
Mentoring Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and Team Members in their careers and professional development.
Ensuring overall happiness within the venue by promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitoring and directing the team with health and safety procedures.
Ensuring adherence to regulations and quality standards.
Understanding of administrative software tools.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Takes the initiative and is self-motivated.
