Full Time Mechanical Engineer

We are now seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mechanical components and systems related to balustrades, handrails, and structural elements. You will work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.

• Design and develop mechanical components for balustrades and handrail systems.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Conduct material selection, stress analysis, and structural assessments.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and industry regulations.
• Assist in project management, including cost estimation and timeline planning.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support for installations.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in metal fabrication is a plus).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and structural analysis.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
