Our Domain Specialist Lead provides solution architecture, technical expertise and guidance in identifying client requirements, evaluating these against the client’s current infrastructure and system capabilities, and ensures the managed services solutions proposed meet the client’s objectives.In addition to being viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the client, our Domain Specialist also has the responsibility for oversight of solution delivery.
Location: This position will be based in Australia. Candidate maybe required to travel to different areas of Australia
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical presales activities, including developing end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead a team of pre-sales specialists to achieve revenue targets
- Translate between business problems and technology solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to engage with clients, understand business challenges, and propose tailored solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise across Application Services, Managed Infrastructure services, Cloud Migration, Data Analytics, Database Services, Cloud Optimisation and Security and Compliance.
- Work with the client and internal team to identify future needs to align with product suit
- Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
- Provide strong technical oversite and subject matter expertise during the definition and delivery phase
- Keep current with trends and technological innovations
- Develop long-term technology road maps for client solutions
- Conduct technical review of existing client solutions to determine future mapping to managed solutions
- Influence technology direction with solid analysis
