Chef de Partie (up to 38 hours) - Casual Rates
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
About the Role:
Assist in preparation and service of high-quality dishes to our restaurant's standards.
Work across different sections of the kitchen as required (including days & nights).
Follow recipes, systems and service procedures.
Help with stock rotation and minimising waste.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Support senior chefs and foster a positive, team-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (Chef de Partie or higher) - experience in both days & night a bonus!
A strong sense of organisation and consistency on section.
A team player who communicates clearly and works collaboratively.
Someone who brings energy, reliability and a genuine interest in food.
Availability to work 4-5 days per week (up-to 38 hours), including weekends and evenings as required
