We’re currently looking for expressions of interest for a full time CDP/Cook
Responsible for preparing exceptional meals and corporate catering products at our Caringbah venue, that ensures our members and guests experiences whilst dining are nothing short of exceptional, we’re looking for a dedicated CDP/Cook to join our wonderful team.Our restaurant is generally open Wednesday to Sunday with additional days for special occasions.
Requirements
Key Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
- Adherence to food safety guidelines
- Food production and preparation
- General kitchen cleaning
- Dish washing duties
- Chemical handling and use for cleaning
- Waste management
- Ensuring menus, food standards and all procedures and processes are followed
- Ensuring expectations of service are consistently met
Essential capabilities:
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Impeccable personal hygiene and presentation
- Availability and flexibility required to work weekdays/weekends/public holidays.
- Demonstrates personal accountability and commitment to service
- Highly developed personal motivation
- Effective communication skills
- Team player – seeks to empower self and others through all actions
- Agile and comfortable in managing change and being adaptable
- Demonstrated commitment to time management and attention to detail
- Hold a valid NSW Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Hold Current RSA (and RCG preferred)
