We are looking to an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The chosen candidate will be working at our head office based on Ingleburn 2565 NSW.
Job description:
As a Recruitment Consultant your will play a key role in delivering comprehensive staffing services, ensuring alignment with the requirements need for each occupation available within the business. Your responsibilities will include conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, advising on employment matters, and contributing to the effective implementation of HR programs.
Your main tasks are but not limited to:
- Monitor job vacancies within the company
- Organise recruitment and selection to fill vacancies for the available positions in the company
- Review and recommend changes to job descriptions as per the requirements needed by each position
- Conduct job applications triage and conducting interviews with candidates that meet the job requirements
- Maintain employee records in the company's Human Resources systems
- Ensure compliance with labour and FWA legislation as well as monitoring salaries and benefits of company employees
- Explain and negotiate terms and conditions of employment contracts
- Identify workforce training and development needs
- Post and monitor job vacancies on recruitment websites, as well as arrange other stages of the recruitment process such as interviews
- Review employees’ salaries and suggest career progression plans
- Deal with employees regarding enquiries or matters related to Human Resources
- Review and develop Human Resources programs and policies

- Bengali language is a plus
Education and Previous Experience Required:
- Tertiary education in Human Resources or co-related area
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same role or co-related roles
Working Arrangements:
- Job Type: Full-time & Permanent
- 38 per week
- Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm
- Salary: $80,000 per year plus superannuation
