Job Description
Working closely with the sales team, you'll play a key part in driving new business by identifying and setting up appointments with potential clients. You'll be making outbound B2B calls to a warm database, introducing the company's services, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Making outbound calls to prospective business clients across various industries
- Communicating the value and benefits of the service offering in a confident, engaging manner
- Qualifying potential leads and booking appointments for senior sales staff
- Accurately recording call outcomes in the CRM
- Meeting achievable daily and weekly KPIs
- Participating in regular team check-ins and training sessions
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the phone, is naturally engaging, and knows how to ask the right questions. You'll need to be confident working independently and motivated to hit your targets.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay organised
- Confidence using CRMs or call-tracking systems
- Availability to work 3 days per week (flexible on which days)
- Part time opportunity ( 3 days a week )
