What you will do?:
- Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience
- Provide information on local attractions and events
- Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
- Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner
- Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks
More about you:
- Experience in a front office environment
- Experience with Hotel Operating systems
- Certificate in First Aid is beneficial
- Valid and unrestricted driver's licence beneficial
- Available to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and pubic holidays
