• Lead production planning, workflow optimisation, and efficiency improvement

• Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure

• Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs across production and supply chain
• Establish and lead internal quality systems aligned with ISO and environmental

• Provide insightful reporting to management for data-driven decisions
• Oversee raw material planning, inventory forecasting, and waste reduction

• Maintain strong communication between production teams, suppliers, and

leadership

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production, operations, or manufacturing

• Strong understanding of quality control, compliance frameworks, and sustainable

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a startup or fast-paced

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and production scheduling

• Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Management,

• Certifications in ISO systems, Six Sigma, or environmental management

(desirable)

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation
