The Role and Offerings

Core responsibilities within these roles will include:
Aged Care Assessments, Care Plan development, regular evaluation and incident analysis, Care Plan modification and progression and in-service education.Physiotherapy treatments.
Physiotherapy assessments.
Exercise prescription and the formulation of Care Plans.
Implementation of a pain management clinic.
Correspondence with, and liaison for, residents, families, nursing, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners and equipment suppliers.
Facilitation of falls prevention workshops, manual handling and other staff education.

Further Information:
We would love to speak to you if you have:
A Bachelor of Physiotherapy.A current interim certificate
Demonstrable experience in aged care.
A current National Police Check and evidence of current COVID-19 & Flu VaccinationsExceptional communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
A car and license.
A passion for the industry, an empathetic nature and a strong ability to build rapport.
