Full-time Office Manager position available in Moorebank NSW 2170.

On behalf of our client, All Safe Traffic Pty Ltd, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to support the daily business operations and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and efficiency.

The company works with a variety of clients across construction, civil, and infrastructure sectors, delivering high-quality services tailored to meet the needs of each site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and play a key role in managing administrative processes, supporting staff coordination, and maintaining smooth office operations within a dynamic environment.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and traffic control industry standards
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to support project and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain office procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols
  • Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial reporting processes in collaboration with management and external accountants
  • Maintain accurate records of business operations, including client contracts, staff certifications, work orders, and regulatory documents
  • Act as a liaison between office personnel, field staff, clients, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing compliance of staff with licensing and training requirements, particularly in traffic control operations
  • Procure and manage office supplies, uniforms, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth business continuity
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and WHS obligations, including keeping up-to-date records and renewals
  • Assist management in preparing reports, responding to regulatory inquiries, and improving internal processes for better service delivery

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.

Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
