Production Operator with Forklift License

Join our dedicated team as Production Operator in cement production and experience in counterbalance forklift.

In this role, you will oversee the production process, Machine Operating, debagging 20-25kg of cement, and forklift duties

This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding cement products.

• Operate cement mix machinery to maintain consistent product quality .
• Safely use a forklift to transport green cement and packaging materials throughout the production area.
• Lead and oversee a team of pick packers to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform pick packing duties as needed, including selecting, packing, and labeling
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments of cement or other raw materials.
• Support maintenance tasks on roasting equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift license and demonstrated proficiency in safe forklift operations.
• Previous experience in pick packing and leading a team of pick packers is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
