Organisation and Methods Analyst
The Client:
KPJ Group Aus Pty Ltd is an Australian family-owned company specializing in manufacturing plastics and foam products.
They now seek an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to join the team.
The Role:
The position for hire is an Organisation and Methods Analyst and will be for a full time basis at $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
This is a full time role and will be based in Dandenong South, VIC.- The Responsibilities:
Examining and evaluating business processes, workflows, and structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identifying areas that need improvement and recommending changes to policies, systems, and processes
Providing sales insights into the analytics and reporting to senior leadership to assist the businesses to grow and improve
Carrying out feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes
Analysing business requirements and turning them into system specifications
Developing and rolling out new business procedures and work methods
Working with stakeholders to gather feedback and make sure changes align with business goals
Preparing reports, manuals, and documentation on company procedures and best practices
Monitoring the impact of changes on business performance and efficiency
Designing and setting up performance measurement frameworks to drive ongoing improvement
Advising management on ways to streamline operations and boost productivity
Running training sessions and workshops for employees on new procedures and systems
Working with IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation initiatives
Ensuring all process changes follow industry regulations and company policies
Providing ongoing support and advice to different departments to improve operations
The Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or organisational change
Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL and NETSTOCK
Minimum 3 years’ experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 (On-Prem and Cloud)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation, digital transformation, or system implementation projects
Strong knowledge of business process modelling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart
Proficient in Automation Anywhere 360 Platform and Power Apps software to enable process automation, workflow optimization, and system integration
Experience in stakeholder management and change management processes
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to business operations
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
