This is a great opportunity for Chefs de Partie to experience a new venue opening.Work closely with senior chefs and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency of your section. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant French cuisine experience advantageous Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure Team oriented and strong communication skills A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards Eye for detail and strong time management Knowledge food safety standards Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Working with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
