Painter/ Construction Maintenance

Reporting to the Project Manager/ Site Foreman working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks.

Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
Reporting to the Project Manager/ Site Foreman working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks.
Skills and experiences
- Highly desire a minimum of a 2 years of experience on-site, and express a good knowledge of preparing various surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and fillings holes and cracks as necessary.
- Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, roller, or spray equipment.
- Demonstrate high quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Concrete cares and caulking
- Pressure washing.
- A drivers licence, vehicle, and white card is a must,
- Familiar with Work Health & Safety on commercial sites and contributing to no harm policy.
- The successful applicant will be paid between $32 and $40 per hour depending on their experience and employment types.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to job sites all cross South East Queensland, please do not apply if you are not prepared travel or have a reliable vehicle to travel.
