Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting global sales teams? KELLY Tillage is seeking an International Sales Support Coordinator to work directly with our sales teams across international markets.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth sales processes, including order management, warranty case handling, and logistics coordination.

You’ll collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and Marketing, helping drive our global sales efforts while enhancing customer and dealer relationships.

Requirements

The International Sales Support Coordinator role is perfect for a confident, outgoing individual who thrives on a challenge. To succeed in this position, you’ll need a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset.

This is a full-time position, based in either Adelaide or Booleroo Centre.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and sales processing is an advantage
  • An outgoing and personable personality
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed

Responsibilities:

The International Sales Support team is responsible for:

  • Processing and scheduling whole goods orders, ensuring timely dispatch to customers
  • Managing spare parts orders and ensuring timely dispatch
  • Overseeing logistics and supply functions
  • Administering warranty and claims processes
  • Handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team
