Engaging in conversations about food preparation matters with managers, dietitians, and both kitchen and serving personnel. Illustrating cooking techniques and offering guidance on cooking procedures. Getting food ready and cooking it. Clarifying and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.Possibly recruiting and instructing staff. Potentially freezing and preserving food items.
