Responsibilities-

Menu Execution: Oversee the seamless execution of the combined Italian and Indian menu, coordinating timing for a cohesive and satisfying dining experience.

Kitchen Coordination: Work closely with kitchen staff, including sous chefs and assistants, to ensure effective coordination in the preparation and service of diverse dishes.
