Job Description
The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing, SEO, and multi-channel advertising, to align with business needs.
- Analyse and evaluate campaign performance using data insights, suggesting and implementing improvements to optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Create and manage marketing content, including promotional materials, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to coordinate marketing activities, build relationships, and provide training on modern marketing practices.
- Oversee project timelines and priorities, efficiently managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced Marketing Professional: Holds a degree in Marketing or Digital Communications and has at least four years of marketing/digital experience, preferably in education or community-focused settings.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrates a strong understanding of strategic marketing principles, creative problem-solving, and the ability to develop effective marketing plans across various platforms.
- Data-Driven Analyst: Skilled in gathering, analysing, and applying data to optimise marketing strategies and achieve measurable goals.
- Collaborative Communicator: Possesses excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
