A busy Japanese restaurant located in Rhodes is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine to a high standard
- Managing daily kitchen operations
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing stock and kitchen inventory
- Assisting with menu development and food presentation
- Relevant qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years experience working as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
