Job Description

Our client is rapidly growing and the Talent Acquisition team is an integral driving force. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for high volume hiring needs across multiple business units
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting plans
• Continuously analyse and evaluate recruitment processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Be an active part of ongoing projects

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

• 3-4 years experience leading recruitment campaigns or managing high volume recruitment, with ability to project manage end to end recruitment activities
• Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage multiple searches and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Permanent full-time position

• Attractive annual salary $90,000 - $100,000 + superannuation
