What you will do?:
- Lead by example with a proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all food and beverage activities
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor weekly inventory levels and manage stock control effectively
- Execute food & beverage marketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenue
More about you:
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements, including compliance with local regulations
- Extensive understanding of liquor service, bartending techniques, and food & beverage service protocols
- Experience with HACCP standards and food safety procedures
- Hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certifcates
