Helpdesk Analyst (1st Level)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly dedicated individual for the role of Helpdesk Analyst based in our Head Office in Smithfield. This position will supply the successful candidate with hands-on experience and assistance with the development of your IT experience and career path.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role will primarily be responsible for providing support and superior customer service to over 900 staff in the Asia Pacific region as well as the broader IT team with helpdesk applications and enquiries.
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities- Logging technical support calls.
- Provide first level Helpdesk Support.
- Installation of IT systems and peripherals.
- Maintain PC Standard Operating Environment.
- Document and maintain installation procedures.
- System administration.
- Engagement in projects as required.
- Relevant IT Degree or Diploma.
- Exceptional PC knowledge.
- An adaptable attitude and can respond well to change.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Outstanding time management and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
