Job Description- Collaborate closely with international HR teams, actively contributing to the effective delivery and alignment of HR processes and programmes locally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business leaders and employees, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, people strategies, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
- Develop, refine, and implement local HR policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with Australian employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, rewards, employee relations, mobility, and exit management.
- Supervise office administration tasks such as asset and inventory control, managing office access, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.
- Holds a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Brings at least 5 years of robust HR business partnering experience.
- Demonstrates strong familiarity with Australian employment laws and labour legislation.
- Operates independently and confidently within a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing business needs, and proficient at engaging effectively across all organisational levels.
- Possesses excellent organisational skills with the proven capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and respond proactively to shifting priorities.
- Prior experience within the real estate sector will be viewed favourably, though is not essential.
- A competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $145,000.
- A discretionary performance-linked bonus based on company profitability.
