Receptionist
The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start!
The Role:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Handling incoming and outcoming mail or deliveries
- Managing calendars and booking rooms
- Ensuring visitors sign in and follow security protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information
- May help with photocopying, scanning, or organizing case
About You:
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a highly professional appearance and demeanor
- Someone with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology (preferred but not required)
- You are familiar with MS Office and/or legal scheduling software
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
