What we are looking for:
Experience in Seafood food, fresh pasta preferredA team player who enjoys to work in a guest focused environment
Excellent communication skills and time management
Ability to work, mornings, lunch and/or dinner shifts and weekends according to business demands
Demonstrate an ability to constantly work well under pressure
Have a current working permit in Australia
Duties
Lead and Manage a Section in the KitchenSection management - stock take and ordering
Assist in training and coaching junior chefs and apprentices
Adhering to HACCP practices
