We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson for our Outbound team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately prepared and dispatched to our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will help us maintain our high standards of service.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately gather picked and packed orders, placing them on pallets for next-day delivery.
  • Double-check orders to confirm that all items are included and in good condition before they are loaded onto pallets.
  • Coordinate and schedule transport arrangements for all outbound shipments, ensuring efficient delivery logistics.
  • Handle all inquiries related to outbound orders, providing prompt and accurate information to customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor and track all outgoing shipments to ensure they are dispatched and delivered on time, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Perform audits on orders to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that could affect delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with transport companies to facilitate smooth logistics operations and resolve any transport-related issues.

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast moving warehouse environment
  • Strong sense of safety and a good understanding of warehouse OHS requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • A current Forklift licence with high reach experience is highly desirable, but not essential
