Job Responsibilities: As an IT Consultant, you will provide exceptional training and consultancy services to our clients. Your expertise in any of the following applications will be key: Microsoft Power BI (including DAX) SharePoint Online (End User and Site Owner) Microsoft 365 Apps (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Lists, Planner, Forms, Outlook) Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access) Microsoft Excel VBA Additionally, you will: Analyse and optimise current business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Conduct business requirements gathering to support the introduction of new tools and methodologies that improve training delivery, reporting, and business processes. Evaluate, recommend, and facilitate the implementation of digital solutions and software applications to optimise efficiency and enhance business operations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document requirements for new IT system implementations. Design and implement automated systems and workflows for streamlining administrative tasks, managing course schedules, and improving operational processes.
Develop and generate reports and data analysis insights to support decision-making and drive continuous process improvement. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows for internal systems and applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and integration. Develop and deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops to facilitate effective user adoption of newly implemented business systems and digital tools.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities. Essential Requirements: Business acumen to understand clients' needs Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse and address complex IT issues for clients.
Consultative approach: Experience in providing tailored IT solutions and strategic advice to clients. Project management experience: Proven ability to manage IT projects from inception to completion. Client relationship management: Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Continuous learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies. Proven track record in face-to-face, classroom-based end-user IT training Experience delivering both online and in-person training programs Charismatic and engaging personality Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT Consultant/Trainer Willingness to occasionally travel within Perth Metro & Regional WA Advocate for ATI-Mirage, driving referrals for future business Desirable Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in a comprehensive suite of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Power BI, Dax, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

Expertise in leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to drive business efficiency and productivity. Proven ability to customise and integrate Microsoft 365 solutions to meet specific client needs. TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Experience in fee-for-service consulting and training Experience working with corporate/resource clients and the government sector Microsoft Office Specialist certification Out-of-the-box thinker for innovative IT consulting Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
