- We’re seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead an incredible team within F&V, this role will have ACMs, CAs & Buyers reporting directly to this Category Manager.

- Develop and execute category plans that provide a clear roadmap for supply partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Drive sales growth and profit improvement by implementing strategic category initiatives that optimise product offerings and merchandising strategies.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline store operations, and reduce costs for Woolworths.
- Continuously evaluate supplier capabilities, proactively seek new partnerships, and cultivate existing relationships to secure long-term competitive advantage.
- Proven experience in driving category growth and working cross functionally
- Passion for coaching and developing team
- Ability to work cross functionally across the wider F&V tribe
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused category plans aligned with the divisional strategy and supported by sound commercial insights and data.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Passion for product and the ability to become an expert in the space
