Physiotherapist (up to 150k Package)
Location: Fraser Coast, Queensland, Australia
As the longest standing Allied Health practice in the Fraser Coast region we are (Est 2005) looking to for a new Physiotherapist to join our team!

Incentive program:
Depending on the successful candidate's experience, the full-time wage starts from $100k + $11,500k super up to 125k + $14,375K super
As part of your KPI, if the practitioner elects to take on more than 6 billable hours/day, they will be paid an additional $75 + Super for every billable hour completed past 6 hours (calculated per day!).
Potential to earn up to $30k more per year for a total package of $140K - 170K

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at B Mee Allied Health in Hervey Bay, Queensland. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services to our diverse client base.This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualised treatment plans
Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the practice
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality, patient-centred care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques
