Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative UI/UX Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid
role blends the art of user experience design with the technical and creative production ofmultimedia content. You will design intuitive interfaces while also producing engaging
multimedia elements to elevate the user experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about
user-centred design and has a flair for creating compelling visuals and interactive content.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct user research and testing to understand and improve customer journeys.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces in line with industry best
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and user
- Optimise existing digital products for enhanced usability and performance.
- Create and edit high-quality visual, audio, and video content for digital platforms,
- Develop animations, graphics, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure multimedia assets are
- Stay updated on multimedia trends and technologies to introduce innovative ideas.
- Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
- A minimum of 3-5 years work experience as a UI/UX Specialist.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating user-centred designs.
- Proficiency in multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma,
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods.
- Knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
